Who Can Apply
- Meet the 30-day trading volume requirement to upgrade to the corresponding VIP level and enjoy its benefits.
- Meet the account asset value requirement to upgrade to VIP. If your account asset value no longer meets the requirement, your VIP level will not be maintained.
- The VIP system updates daily at 17:00 (UTC+0). Meet the requirements to upgrade.
How to Apply
- If you meet the requirements for the corresponding VIP level on another exchange, you can apply for VIP status. Once approved, you will receive the corresponding VIP level for 30 days.
Apply for VIP Trial
If your VIP level on another exchange meets MGBX's VIP requirements, we will upgrade you directly to the corresponding level.
Glossary
- Maker: A user who places an order at a specified price that is not immediately matched with other orders in the order book, but enters the order book and waits for a matching order.
- Taker: A user who places an order at a price where matching orders already exist in the order book, and the order is executed immediately.
- 30-Day Spot Trading Volume: The user's trading volume over the past 30 days.
- 30-Day Futures Trading Volume: The user's cumulative trading volume from perpetual contracts and copy trading over the past 30 days.
- 30-Day Average Asset Balance: Asset Balance = the sum of the balances across all accounts; Accounts include Copy Trading, Futures, Spot, Funding, Prediction, and Earn accounts; 30-day asset balance calculation: The daily average asset balance is calculated using the formula “Spot account balance at 00:00 each day + Futures account asset balance + Copy Trading account balance + Funding account balance + Prediction account balance + Earn account balance / 30 days”.
